whats new:

-Add file.xbmcmxtv.com/ to webstreams, and give posibility to change order and disable entries in the webstreams host. It can be done by file /etc/enigma2/iptvplayerwebstreamorder - at now only manual changing is possible.
-Fix default quality selection in host ekstraklasa.tv
-Fix default quality selection in host ekstraklasa.tv
-Commit merged fixes prepared by @krutoj2010 to make some text able to be translated. (part 2)
-Subtitles - try to put searched episode at top of episodes list. Season and Episode numebr will be guessed from episode title.
-Replace omdbapi.com/ which seems to be down with api.themoviedb.org
-Fix detection version using the grep utitlity (some grep return code 1 even if the pattern has been found and printed).
-Fix GST during subtitle download. Thanks @asiBenlik for the report.
-Commit merged fixes prepared by @krutoj2010 to make some text able to be translated. (part 1)
-Add pure-cast.net/ into the webstreams host.
-Remember search pattern in the subtitles downloader
-Improve subtitles searching for the TV shows.
-Fix possible GS when blue button has been pressed in very specific situation.
-Add support for new subtitle provider: napisy24.pl for polish users

-openload.io use standard page reciving
